Having met a number of people who have bought houses in the Gualdo area, my husband and I soon began to realise that with the experience we have gained whilst living here for the past 4 years, we could offer a full range of services which could be very useful to people buying a house either to live here permanently themselves or to have a holiday home.
We offer the following services:
- Changeover to include cleaning and change of linen
- Meeting and greeting of clients
- On call service while your clients are on holiday
- Supermarket shop
- Airport and railway station pickup and drop off
- Swimming pool maintenance
- Pet and house sitting
For those people who do not wish to rent their property, we offer a security check service with regular visits to your property and reports either by email or telephone. These checks can be particularly useful during the winter months when the area experiences some severe weather conditions.
